What makes our fundraising different from others?

Comprehensive support

We will assist you with every aspect of the fundraising process and our team members remain on site for the whole day for any events.

Active play, happy minds

Students will enjoy mastering golf, exploring the technology zone and racing in pedal go-karts. Boost wellbeing with a day of action-packed fun!

Lower commissions

We offer significantly lower commissions, not the standard 40%. 

Plus if you can assist with staff on the day, we will give back even more.

Fun without the waste

Sustainability is central to what we do. We minimise waste and avoid harmful materials like glow sticks, powders and excessive plastic to protect the environment

How it works

What we need from you

We run the day in hour blocks of 100 - 120 students at a time.  We keep these blocks small so we can keep the kids moving and entertained all of the time ensuring everyone has ample time on the karts


The school will need to help provide us a timetable of when these sessions will run and co-ordinate the students being at the site for the start time.  For example :

09:00 - 10:00 - Session 1

 10:00 -  11:00 - Session 2

  11:30 - 12:30 - Session 3

 12:20 - 13:30 - Session 4

 14:30 - 15:30 - Session 5

With this timetable we can get 500 - 600 students through the experience in a day


Setting up the donation page

We are an event provider so don't collect any money however we can assist you in setting up an event donation page through a third party platform.  You will have full control over the page to be able to monitor the progress of your donations.

One donation service which we can direct you towards creates a website branded with your school colours and features individual class pages - but you know of a better platform then please go ahead.


The campaign

Throughout the donation month, we will help you create exciting weekly class prizes for those who raise the most money.

From popcorn parties to the coveted title of ‘Principal for the Day,’ we have plenty of ideas and we're open to yours too!


Event day

Get ready for an unforgettable day! The final experience includes four awesome zones:

  1. 18-hole mini golf course
  2. Interactive Play System experience
  3. Lawn games with a mega cage ball activity
  4. Super fun pedal go-karts

Our team of four staff members will set up and run the day. With 15-minute rotations, we can engage approximately 100 - 120 students an hour.


Costs

There are no upfront costs to run your fundraiser.

The online platform we will direct you towards takes a 5% commission however there are other platforms who offer more comprehensive support for a 10% commission.  This decision is up to you.


Our commission for the amazing event is 20% which is due within two weeks of the payout from the online platform.


Things to note

  • For now, we are only offering the fundraising experience to primary schools with a minimum of 300 students. For large schools of over 600 students we can run the program over multiple days.
  • In case of wet weather, we can either reschedule or relocate activities to an indoor gym (except for the go-karts, which can still operate in a bit of rain).
  • All our staff members are WWC Certified, and we carry the usual $20m Public Liability Insurance.
